Hello,

My name is Kate Hall, I am a Seattle based therapist specializing in individual, relational, and sex therapy. I support people with inhabiting their lives and bodies more authentically and pleasurably. My integrative approach centers the needs of my clients; I utilize active interventions involving somatic, creative, and emotionally focused work in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapies. I am passionate about accompanying people in a process of self-exploration that helps them face what feels most challenging, whether that is related to sex/sexuality, intimacy/relationships, anxiety, trauma, stress, a life transition, or just generally feeling stuck. 

I believe deeply in building the kind of therapeutic relationship that allows for genuine self-expression. I acknowledge that we each hold a unique worldview and I welcome the examination of any cultural or identity-based differences between us that may impact our work together. 

Once we decide on the direction of our work, I will invite you into reflection and action, offering tools and resources to assist you in practicing more supportive and sustainable ways of relating to yourself, your partner, and others.

Services & fees

  • Sex therapy provides a supportive space to explore your sexual self with curiosity and compassion. Whether you’re navigating desire differences, sexual shame, past trauma, or patterns that feel confusing or hard to change, our work will focus on understanding the emotional, relational, and body-based aspects of your experience. I approach this work from a trauma-informed, somatic, and values-aligned perspective—helping you reconnect with pleasure, choice, and authenticity in your sexual wellbeing.

  • Individual therapy offers space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with your own clarity and direction. Our work might include exploring patterns that keep you feeling stuck, learning to regulate emotions through the body, and cultivating self-trust in the choices you make. I integrate relational, somatic, and evidence-based approaches—drawing from modalities like EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and parts work—to support greater self-understanding, resilience, and ease in daily life.

  • Relational therapy explores how you connect—with yourself, with others, and within the patterns that shape your relationships. Together, we’ll look at communication dynamics, attachment patterns, and nervous system responses that influence how you show up in connection. Whether you’re seeking more fulfilling relationships, addressing physical intimacy, navigating conflict, or healing from relational wounds, our work will focus on building capacity for authentic, secure connection.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a well researched therapy approach that supports people with healing from distressing or traumatic experiences. It involves gently engaging both sides of the brain— through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation—while recalling specific memories or emotions. This process helps the brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming experiences so they can be stored in a more balanced, adaptive way.

  • 50 minute session - $180

    90 minute session - $270

    While I do not currently accept insurance, I can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement upon request.

I also work virtually with clients located anywhere in WA state via telehealth
